Shimla : Yuwa Ki Aawaz Sanstha to Launch Kishori Shakti Yojana Campaign

Yuwa Ki Aawaz Sanstha, a nationally recognized organization working across all states of India, is set to launch the Kishori Shakti Yojana campaign in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. The event is scheduled for 17th August 2024 at 11:00 AM and will be held at Sanskriti School, Ghanahatti, Shimla.

This campaign aims to empower adolescent girls by providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to enhance their health, education, and overall well-being. The initiative is part of the larger mission of Yuwa Ki Aawaz Sanstha’s Digital and Smart Village Empowerment Mission 2024, which seeks to foster development and growth in rural areas.

The Kishori Shakti Yojana, under the Women & Child Development Department, focuses on improving the nutritional and health status of girls in the age group of 11-18 years. It also aims to promote the education of girls and raise awareness about various health-related and social issues.
