Internship Description: We are currently seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Business Development Executive interns for donation collection under 80G. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for fresher candidates to gain hands-on experience in business development while making a positive impact on society.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing strategies and initiatives to attract potential donors and sponsors.
• Conduct research to identify individuals, corporates, and institutions interested in supporting our cause.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with existing and new donors.
• Support in communicating the mission and impact of Voice of Youth National Organization effectively to prospective donors.
• Contribute to the planning and organization of fundraising events and campaigns.
• Provide regular updates on fundraising activities and progress to the management team.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or individuals with limited work experience in the field of business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Passionate about making a positive impact on society and supporting youth-focused initiatives.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn about the 80G tax benefits and regulations related to charitable donations.

Duration and Compensation: This internship is [ 60 Days ] in length and is an paid position. However, it offers valuable learning opportunities and practical experience in business development, fundraising, and non-profit management. A certificate of completion will be provided at the end of the internship, acknowledging the skills acquired and contributions made.
