2nd Ammendment in Constitution of our Organization on 18 April 2023 ( Latest Rules )

Ammendment Under Article 142 of the Rule Book for Yuwa Ki Aawaz Sanstha.

Article 13-

Previous Law – Treasurer to be elected by members or may be nominated by president on recommendation of secretary. Srishiti Singh was Treasurer.

New Law after 2nd Ammendment- Treasurer to be elected by members or may be nominated by president on recommendation of secretary. Aditya Ranjan is Current Treasure and appointed on 18 April 2023.

Article 30 –

Previous Law – Membership in Departments is free of cost for all Adult Citizens of National or International

New Law after 2nd Ammendment- Membership in Departments is with One Time Membership Charge as Donation of 551 INR for Indian and for International according to value of currency.

Below New Sub Section Under Article 30 , Added

Article 30(1) – One Time Membership Charge will be considered as Donation. The cost will be 551 INR for all community. No any deduction as per caste/Religion basis.

Article 30(2)- All amount will be deposited in Organization official Bank account in India. Account will be handle by Treasurer office. Charge can be deposited by Online /Offline to organization.

Article 30(3)- Certificate of Membership will be provide to each person who will get Membership under this Article with 1 Year VALIDITY.

Previous Law – Documents required for free membership in Organization for Indian Citizens 1. Any Government Approved Identity Card 2. Photo of person 3. Resume / Bio Data 4. Mobile Number 5. Consent letter for Joining Organization on Non Judicial Paper of Rs10

New Law after 2nd Ammendment- Documents required for membership in Organization for Indian Citizens 1. Any Government Approved Identity Card 2. Photo of person 3. Resume / Bio Data 4. Mobile Number 5. Payment Slip of 551 INR as per Article 30. Application form and all mention document must be submit through our website.

Article 33-

Previous Law – Membership for Youth / Students is completely free of cost Join with Collage ID Card and Current Resume. Age 18+ Only
